This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by VAGA Industry LLC, doing business as VAGA Modeling Academy (“VAGA”).

By enrolling in a VAGA program, booking a private class, purchasing a service, or submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms below.

1. Academy Tuition

Monthly academy tuition reserves the student's participation in VAGA's training program for the applicable month.

Monthly tuition must be received no later than five (5) days before the beginning of each new month.

If payment has not been received by the beginning of the new month, the student may not participate in VAGA classes until the required payment has been received.

2. Registration Fee

New academy enrollments are subject to a one-time $30 registration fee, which includes the student's applicable VAGA uniform.

Once registration has been processed and/or the uniform has been ordered or provided, the registration fee is non-refundable.

3. Monthly Tuition Refunds

Once a student's monthly program period has begun, monthly tuition is non-refundable, including when a student voluntarily chooses not to attend or discontinue participation during that month.

VAGA does not provide prorated refunds for unused classes within a month unless otherwise agreed by VAGA in writing or required by applicable law.

4. Missed Group Classes

Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes.

A student who misses a regularly scheduled group class is not automatically entitled to a refund, credit, transfer, or private make-up session.

VAGA may choose to offer an alternative when appropriate. Providing an accommodation in one circumstance does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in the future.

5. Private Classes

VAGA private coaching sessions are currently $100 per session.

A $25 reservation payment is required upfront to secure a private-class appointment. An appointment is not considered reserved until VAGA receives the $25 payment.

The $25 reservation payment is applied toward the $100 cost of the private class. The remaining $75 balance is due on the day of the scheduled class.

Because the $25 payment reserves appointment time specifically for that student, the $25 reservation payment is non-refundable if the student or Parent/Guardian cancels or does not attend the scheduled appointment.

Requests to reschedule a private class may be considered by VAGA based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If VAGA cancels a private class and an alternative date cannot reasonably be arranged, the $25 reservation payment may be refunded or credited toward another private session.

6. Classes Cancelled or Rescheduled by VAGA

VAGA may occasionally modify, cancel, or reschedule classes because of instructor availability, venue circumstances, emergencies, safety concerns, or other reasonable operational circumstances.

When VAGA cancels a group class, VAGA may provide a rescheduled class, make-up opportunity, credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.

7. Package Changes

Students may request to move between VAGA's available membership packages.

Package changes are subject to the pricing, benefits, terms, and availability in effect when the change is made.

Changing packages does not create a right to a retroactive refund for services or benefits previously purchased.

8. Events, Tickets & Special Programs

Fashion shows, workshops, photoshoots, special programs, castings, and other VAGA events may have their own refund, cancellation, transfer, and admission policies.

When event-specific or service-specific terms are provided at the time of purchase, those terms govern that purchase and may differ from this general policy.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

VAGA may review exceptional circumstances individually and may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide a credit, rescheduling option, or other accommodation.

Providing an exception in one situation does not require VAGA to provide the same exception in another situation.

10. Payment Methods

VAGA's primary payment method is Zelle to AcademyVaga@gmail.com.

Checks are also accepted where applicable.

Payments should include the student's name or other identifying information when requested so VAGA can properly apply the payment.

11. Policy Changes

VAGA Industry LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as its programs, pricing, or business practices change.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
