These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VAGA Modeling Academy website and the purchase or use of services offered by VAGA Industry LLC, doing business as VAGA Modeling Academy (“VAGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, purchasing a service, registering for a program or event, or otherwise engaging with VAGA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. VAGA Services

VAGA provides modeling education, coaching, group classes, private instruction, workshops, photoshoots, fashion experiences, events, and related educational and developmental opportunities.

VAGA is a modeling academy and educational business. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, VAGA is not a modeling or talent agency and does not guarantee agency representation, employment, castings, bookings, pageant results, modeling contracts, paid opportunities, or any other professional outcome.

2. Enrollment & Participation

Enrollment in VAGA programs may require completion of registration documents, agreements, waivers or releases, payment of applicable tuition and fees, and, for minors, authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Students must comply with VAGA's attendance, conduct, dress, safety, and participation requirements.

VAGA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue participation when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, serious or repeated misconduct, safety concerns, violation of academy policies, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.

3. Tuition, Packages & Registration Fees

VAGA offers multiple academy packages and services at different price points. Prices, package benefits, schedules, and offerings may change.

Current group academy packages include:

Basic — $320/month
Standard — $420/month
Premium — $480/month

Students may request to change to another available package. Any change is subject to the pricing, benefits, terms, and availability in effect at the time of the change.

VAGA Industry LLC reserves the right to modify future pricing, packages, benefits, or fees with notice.

A one-time $30 registration fee is required for new academy enrollment and includes the student's applicable VAGA uniform.

4. Monthly Payments

Monthly tuition must be received no later than five (5) days before the beginning of each new month.

If required tuition has not been received by the beginning of the new month, the student may not participate in VAGA classes until payment has been received.

VAGA's primary payment method is Zelle to AcademyVaga@gmail.com. Checks are also accepted where applicable.

Additional payment requirements may be contained in the student's enrollment agreement or the terms applicable to a particular service.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Missed Classes

Payments, cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, missed classes, and rescheduling are governed by the policies applicable to the particular program, service, class, or event purchased.

Missed group classes do not automatically entitle a student to a refund, credit, or private make-up session unless otherwise agreed by VAGA.

Where a separate enrollment agreement, event policy, ticket policy, or other written agreement applies, that agreement or policy will control if it conflicts with these general website Terms.

6. Classes, Schedules & Locations

Class schedules, instructors, locations, and program structures may occasionally change.

VAGA reserves the right to make reasonable scheduling or operational changes and will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable.

7. Events & Tickets

VAGA may organize fashion shows, showcases, workshops, castings, photoshoots, and other events.

Event dates, times, venues, programming, participating talent, designers, speakers, activities, and other details may be modified when reasonably necessary.

Individual events may have additional terms regarding admission, refunds, transfers, conduct, age requirements, photography, recording, and entry. Those event-specific terms apply in addition to these Terms.

8. Minors

VAGA works with minor students and participants.

A parent or legal guardian may be required to complete registration documentation, provide consent, execute applicable agreements, waivers and releases, provide emergency information, and authorize participation before a minor may participate in certain VAGA activities.

Acceptance of these website Terms does not replace any separate parental consent, waiver, release, or student enrollment agreement required by VAGA.

9. Safety & Assumption of Risk

VAGA activities may include runway walking, walking in heels, posing, physical movement, rehearsals, photoshoots, performances, events, and similar activities that involve inherent risks.

Participation in certain activities may therefore require execution of a separate assumption-of-risk and liability agreement.

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability where such liability cannot legally be waived or limited.

10. Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may occur during VAGA classes, rehearsals, photoshoots, showcases, events, and other activities.

Use of a minor student's image for VAGA promotional purposes is subject to the applicable parental consent and media release documentation.

Public or ticketed VAGA events may also be subject to event-specific photography and recording notices.

11. Intellectual Property

The VAGA name, branding, website content, educational materials, VAGA Mastery Method, curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, worksheets, manuals, documents, graphics, photographs owned by VAGA, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to VAGA Industry LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

VAGA materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, taught, commercially exploited, or represented as another person or organization's materials without prior written authorization from VAGA Industry LLC.

Materials provided to students are intended for their personal educational use unless VAGA expressly authorizes another use.

12. No Guarantee of Results

VAGA provides education, coaching, development, and opportunities for students to improve their skills.

Participation does not guarantee modeling jobs, agency representation, castings, contracts, paid work, pageant placements or titles, professional opportunities, or any particular result.

13. Website Information & Availability

VAGA makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website information.

However, pricing, schedules, availability, program details, event information, and other website content may occasionally change or contain errors.

VAGA reserves the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

VAGA's website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, ticketing providers, scheduling services, social-media platforms, or other websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. VAGA is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VAGA Industry LLC and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or VAGA services.

Participation in VAGA programs or activities may additionally be governed by separately executed liability waivers, releases, and assumption-of-risk agreements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

VAGA Industry LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to its services, policies, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
